Next home remedy is of oil and camphor- It is good to use in summer, for this take 100ml coconut oil and mix some camphor in it, keep it for 3 days and then shake the bottle well before applying. There is another way to make this mixture, for this take oil and warm it and then mix camphor in it and then apply immediately. Regular use of this oil will make your hair dandruff free and also you can feel nice fragrance. 
  3. Next home remedy for good hair is use of Neem and curd paste – Take some leaves of neem, crush it and mix some curd to make paste. Apply on hair and wash when dry. It will help to remove dandruff, make hair strong.
  4. Next is use of Beetroot – Make paste of beetroot, mix some mehandi on it and apply on hair for approx 20 minute. Wash it when dry. By this you will get shining and strong hair. 
  5. Next is very easy just massage your head regularly with warm oils. It will make your hair stronger. It will remove dryness from scalp, free your head from unwanted hairs, feel freshness.

Many hormones are also form by them, but when cholesterol increases then it gets accumulated in arteries and become major reason of heart problem.   • If we keep our liver healthy then cholesterol will not increase. So do not take liquor, oily food, refined carbohydrates, transfats etc. 
  • Avoid processed food, junk food, fast food like biscuits, cookies, pastry, cake, icecream, pijja, bhujia, chips etc. because they contain trans-fats very much which affect our liver directly. 
  • To keep our liver fit do take avoid fine flour, take fruits, salads, oats etc. 
  • If you have excess cholesterol then do avoid saturated fats too. 
  • Keep focus on diet too. 
  • Do exercises regularly.
